In the second half of the 19th century, the bicycle played a major role in the transformation of society. It has changed the way people eat, dress, interact and move around cities and rural roads. Roads and streets, however, were not enough for the incredible machine that conquered the surface of the water and the heights of the sky

This drawing by Anna Lemos, is the skycycle that was piloted by its inventor, Arthur Barnard, in 1897 at the Tennessee Centennial Exhibition.

With the “Needlepoint” technique, it can be used as a decoration piece, or for a cushion cover.
